How do I start my first inspection? +

Create your locations first, then start a new monthly inspection and record PASS/FAIL with notes. Add a photo when there is a failure.

How do I generate a PDF? +

Open the month you want to export and choose the PDF/report option. If you run into trouble, email us with the month and your organization name.

Who can see photos? +

Photos are visible only to users inside your organization/workspace with access to the relevant records.

How do I add locations? +

Add locations in your organization settings (for example: entrances, halls, floors). Once created, they will be available for monthly inspections.
